The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority for this winter. We fully understand your concern about the risk of travelling and our goal is to make you feel as safe as possible.

Here are some of the precautionary measures we are putting in place for this winter to provide you with a squeaky clean and socially distanced chalet holiday

GERM CONTROL

As well as placing hand sanitiser throughout the chalets, we will also have a designated hand wash stations for everyone coming in and out of chalet to wash their hands. Rooms will be cleaned one by one, completely, without coming and going. We will also sanitise all door handles and communal areas every few hours.

COVERING UP

Staff will be required wear masks for service, daily cleaning and resort driving. Chalet guest’s mask use will be at their discretion but any guests or other personnel entering the chalet will be required to wear a mask.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

Staff temperatures taken each day and thermometers provided so that guests can check their own temperatures each day.

ON THE MOUNTAIN

Our staff can suggest ski routes to avoid using any bubbles or funiculars. We will only book restaurants with strict Covid policies and limited seating. Our drivers will be on call throughout the day for pick ups so there is no need to take busy resort buses.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS

If you chose to travel with us, you will be picked up by a member of the chalet team. Our vehicles will be sanitised before and after each use and drivers and passengers will be required to wear face masks.

IN-CHALET SKI HIRE

There is no need to go to a busy ski shop. We will bring everything to you and fit your equipment (at a social distance) in the comfort of your chalet. All equipment will be sanitised before entering the chalet.  As usual your skin passes will be waiting for you at the chalet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Avoid touching your face: eyes, nose and mouth.
